By accessing UXGen Advisory and engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern the advisory relationship between you and UXGen Technologies (OPC Pvt. Ltd.).
1. Scope of Services
UXGen Advisory provides revenue leakage audits, UX/CRO assessments, landing page teardowns, and strategic advisory recommendations for digital products and marketing funnels. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our role is advisory in nature and does not include direct implementation, development, or engineering execution.
2. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely access to relevant materials, and reasonable cooperation needed for audit, analysis, or advisory delivery. Delays in access or incomplete information may affect timelines, findings, or recommendations.
3. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your existing brand, product, content, data, and internal business materials. Upon full payment, you are granted the right to use the final deliverables provided by UXGen Advisory for your internal business purposes, unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of non-public business, strategic, operational, and commercial information shared during the engagement. A formal mutual NDA may be executed upon request before project kickoff.
5. Fees and Delivery
Project scope, fees, deliverables, and timelines will be defined through proposal, invoice, or written agreement. Delivery timelines may vary depending on responsiveness, project complexity, and scope changes.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our recommendations are based on professional analysis, available information, and best-practice judgment. However, business outcomes depend on multiple external and internal factors, including implementation quality, traffic sources, offer strength, sales execution, and market conditions. UXGen Technologies (OPC Pvt. Ltd.) shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or recommendations.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
